Tracy Krohn withdraws from driving in the 4 Hours of Imola

Krohn Racing are disappointed to announce that their driver and Team Principal, Tracy Krohn, has chosen to withdraw from participating in the 4 Hours of Imola, the second round of the 2016 European Le Mans Series.

Tracy picked up a training injury while preparing for this weekend’s event in Italy. As a consequence he has been advised to rest to ensure a complete recovery.

The team has been fortunate to be able to call on the skills of Bjorn Wirdheim to act as a substitute for Tracy. Bjorn shared a strong fourth place with Tracy and regular Krohn Racing driver, Nic Jonsson at the opening ELMS round at Silverstone last month. Bjorn will join Nic and French ace, Olivier Pla, in the race on Sunday.
